These terms are the agreement between you and Sourso for using trysourso.com and the Sourso app. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Sourso for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
1. What Sourso is
Sourso is an AI marketing assistant: an AI CMO that coordinates agents to gather market signals, draft content and build reports for the brands you put in it, and that can connect to accounts you own (your website, search and analytics tools, content platforms). It is a tool that works for you; you decide what it publishes.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give accurate information about yourself and your brand.
- One person may run several brands in separate workspaces; each workspace is yours.
3. Connected accounts and publishing
- You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use.
- Sourso reads a connected account for the workspaces you grant it to, and publishes to an account only when you approve a specific draft. Pages you ask us to submit to a search engine are submitted as they are.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you connect (Google, Microsoft, Baidu, Xiaohongshu, ByteDance, GitHub and others).
- You can disconnect any account at any time.
4. What you may not do
- Use Sourso to break the law, infringe someone's rights, or publish content that is misleading, defamatory, hateful or spam.
- Connect an account that is not yours, or use someone else's data without permission.
- Try to break into, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product by copying it.
- Use automated means to extract data from Sourso other than through the features it provides.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, after telling you unless the situation does not allow it.
5. AI output
Drafts, reports and recommendations are produced by AI models and automated agents. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check them before you rely on them or publish them; you are responsible for what you publish. Sourso does not give legal, financial or medical advice.
6. Your content and data
- What you give Sourso, and what it produces for you, is yours. You give us the permission needed to store and process it to run the service for you, and nothing more.
- We do not use your data to train AI models. How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.
- Third-party agents you hire from the marketplace are provided by their authors; their names, descriptions and any agreement you sign with them come from them.
7. Fees
Sourso is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish the prices and give you notice before anything is charged; nothing is charged without your agreement.
8. Changes to the service
Sourso is in beta. Features change, and some may be removed. We try to keep your data through changes, and we will warn you before removing something that holds your data.
9. Ending
You can stop using Sourso and delete your account at any time. We can end the service to you if you break these terms, or with 30 days' notice otherwise. When the account is deleted, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Warranty and liability
Sourso is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Sourso is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, for lost profits or data, or for anything resulting from content you published or from a third-party platform's actions; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or SGD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes go to the courts of Singapore, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your own courts.
12. Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Sourso after that means you accept the new terms.
